Project Objectives
The RALEA programme had 4 main objectives.
Regional approach
- Development of professional knowledge within the fields of regional expertise (selection or training of young experts specialised in inter-professional negotiation and market analysis) and economic operators in both private and associative sectors.
- Harmonisation of sector-based policies in the concerned countries, in order to enhance productivity and exchanges inside both sectors.
Inter-professional negotiation and organisation
- Development of a training plan of action in private and associative sectors, combined with an informative system.
- Development of partnerships and commercial exchanges between operators.
